Today, this venture has flourished into a premier maintenance and construction company, boasting a talented team of nearly 40 craftsmen.

David’s success story is deeply rooted in the values instilled by his father, Dick Martine. Their years of working together on rental properties laid the foundation for David's strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. This family legacy continues to thrive within the company, with David’s brother Steve serving as a seasoned foreman and his son Tyler joining the crew. Even David's partner Shelly contributes her skills to the business, making it a true family endeavor.
